2025 Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee Election Notice

The Credit Union’s Nominating Committee received statements of intent seeking nomination for election to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee in 2025, from May 17th, 2024, through June 30th, 2024. There are three vacancies on the Board of Directors and one vacancy on the Supervisory Committee occurring in 2025, each for a three-year term.

Statements of intent to seek reelection to the Board of Directors in 2025 were received from Director Stephen Tacchini, Director Michelle Jean and Director Muna Busailah, within the proscribed time period. The Nominating Committee has nominated incumbent Directors Stephen Tacchini, Michelle Jean and Muna Busailah for reelection to the Board of Directors, per the By-laws at Article VIII, Section 1. No other statements of intent seeking election to the Board of Directors were received by the Nominating Committee.

The number of candidates for the Board of Directors equals the number of vacancies, and therefore an election is not required. The candidates will be declared elected per the By-laws at Article VIII, Section 6.

A statement of intent to seek reelection to the Supervisory Committee in 2025 was received from Supervisory Committee Member Frank Hedley within the proscribed time period. The Nominating Committee has nominated incumbent Committee Member Hedley for reelection to the Supervisory Committee, per the By-laws at Article VIII, Section 1. No other statements of intent seeking election to the Supervisory Committee were received by the Nominating Committee.

The number of candidates for the Supervisory Committee equals the number of vacancies, and therefore an election is not required. The candidate will be declared elected per the By-laws at Article VIII, Section 6.
