Is Mobile Banking secure?
Mobile Banking provides the same security protections as your Digital Banking account:
- You will be asked for your username, password, and an access code when you log in to our mobile app.
- For your security, you will be logged out of the Mobile Banking app after 10 minutes of inactivity.
- You are able to customize your security alerts to inform you by phone, email, or text whenever suspicious activity happens on your account.

How do I login?
The Mobile Banking app should work on any mobile device that has access to the internet. Once you have installed our Mobile Banking app on your mobile device, just tap on the icon and log in as you normally would.
You can log in to Mobile Banking the same way you would at your computer by entering your member number/Login ID and your password (plus your Secure Access Code if you're logging in from your phone for the first time). -

How do I delete my mobile banking app accounts?
To request the deletion of your online banking/mobile app accounts, please contact a representative at 800.222.1391. You will be notified once your request has been completed.
E-statements
Who needs more paper files and clutter in their lives? Streamline your finances by signing up to receive The Police Credit Union’s E-statements. You’ll save time and eliminate paper waste when your statements are delivered electronically. We’ll notify you when your E-statement is ready and then you can view or download it.

View your FICO® Score in Digital Banking
The Police Credit Union offers FICO® Score information for free to eligible members enrolled in Digital Banking! After opting in to receive your score, you'll have access to this valuable credit information online, along with:
- Key factors that affected your FICO® Score
- Educational resources related to your FICO® Score
You can navigate to "See My FICO® Score" one of the following ways:
- Desktop: Navigate to Account Services > See My FICO® Score
- Mobile app: Tap on More > See My FICO® Score
