How do I make a payment?
You may make a payment on your vehicle loan one of the following ways.
Automatic Payments: Set up automatic payments. You can do this when we process your loan or look for the "We're here to help" section below to contact us and we can assist you in setting it up.
Online through digital banking: There are two ways to pay in digital banking:
- Money Transfer: You can make a one-time payment or a recurring transfer payment
- Bill Pay: Set up a one-time payment or set up a recurring payment
Virtual branch or branch location: Visit our “Contact us” page to find out how you can visit our virtual branch, a branch location.
Phone: Call us at 800.222.1391 to make a payment over the phone.
Mail: Please make sure to notate your account number on the check memo and mail check to:

Skip-A-Pay
Want to skip a loan payment? The Police Credit Union offers Skip-A-Pay to help give your budget some breathing room when you need it.
Am I eligible for Skip-A-Pay?
- The program applies only to The Police Credit Union Vehicle, Personal, and Savings Secured Loans.
- The requested loan needs to have been open for at least six (6) months.
- All of your accounts with The Police Credit Union must be current and in good standing.
- The request must be submitted at least five (5) business days before the payment is due for processing.
- You are limited to one skipped payment per loan during each calendar year.
- Interest continues to accrue on your loan in the month of the skipped payment.
How do I send a Skip-A-Pay request?
- Log into Digital Banking and navigate to Account Services > Skip-A-Pay (on desktop), or More > Skip-A-Pay (in the mobile app).
- Complete the request form and click Submit.
- There is a $25 fee per loan, per occurrence that will be deducted from your Savings or Checking account.
Please Note: For payments you generate (for example, payments you set up with a bill payment service or another payment service) you are responsible for stopping the payment for the month you enact Skip-A-Pay. Any automatic transfers generated by The Police Credit Union will be suspended for the Skip-A-Pay.
