For over a decade, The Police Credit Union has awarded scholarships to support students in their college journey. This year, we are proud to recognize five outstanding students who are deeply committed to their education and driven to create meaningful change in their communities.
Congratulations to our 2026 Scholarship Award Winners!
Natalie Robinson
A graduate student studying Forensic Psychology at Grand Canyon University. Natalie has served more than 20 years in law enforcement communications and crisis intervention, most recently with the BART Police Department. She founded the nonprofit Broken to Priceless in 2019, and she hopes her studies will help her advance crisis-response practices for vulnerable populations. 
Kiesha Haggerty
Kiesha is pursuing a Masters in Counseling at National University. Kiesha has been with the Oakland Police Department for more than 28 years as a Police Services Technician, and is committed to serving her community through volunteer work for youth sports and food drives. She plans to use her degree to continue strengthening her community by building connections. 
Paris Davis
He serves in federal law enforcement, fulfills military obligations, volunteers in the community, and maintains a strong academic record. Staff Sergeant Davis is now pursuing Paralegal Studies at the American Military University, where he is earning a 4.0 and still finding time for volunteer work.
Sarah Dolan
Sarah is a Communications Dispatcher with the County of San Mateo, who is earning her MBA at St. Mary’s College of California. She has volunteered with the Daly City Police Department and with the Police/Sheriff Explorers. During her time as a dispatcher she has learned the importance of supportive professional relationships and mentorship.
Trevor Wilson
A freshman at Oregon State University studying Political Science. Trevor has been very active volunteering to help both children and adults enjoy baseball, wrestling, and other sports, all while earning a 4.0. He hopes that he can be impactful in his career and to our country by pursuing a career in politics.
